No guarantee, and your own due diligence

• We do not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, quote your job, accept your job, or perform to your satisfaction.
• You are responsible for verifying any contractor's license, insurance, and references before hiring them. We strongly recommend requesting certificates of general liability and workers' compensation insurance directly from the insurer.
• Any dispute over work performed is between you and the contractor.
