Complaints Policy

If something went wrong

• We want to hear about it. Complaints tell us which contractors to stop referring.

How to file

• Call (256) 203-3415 or use our contact form.
• Include the date of your request, the contractor involved, and what happened.

What we do

• We acknowledge complaints within two business days.
• We investigate and respond within ten business days where possible.
• We keep a record of complaints by contractor and remove contractors from our referral rotation for repeated or serious issues.

What we cannot do

• We are not a party to your contract with a contractor and cannot compel a contractor to refund, return, or redo work.
• For disputes over workmanship or licensing, you may also contact the Alabama licensing authority for the trade and your local consumer protection office.
